Joshua's head, and the Twilight Saga con't

Tomorrow is going to be a bit of a hard day for me. Joshua has had this bump on his head for at least a month. Since he falls ALL the time, I just figured it was just another bruise and it would heal and go away. I kept waiting for it to go away, and then I started to get a little worried. Better safe than sorry, I decided to go to the doctor so they could tell me that I was being a paranoid first-time mom and that all was fine. Well, to make a long story shorter, he got an x-ray and the x-ray showed an interesting "transluscent" spot on his skull and we needed to get a CT-scan done as soon as possible. Of course this shook me up and I was unable to get all my questions answered because I was in shock. I called Jon Mark at work and told him to call the doctor and ask him all of the questions that were jumping around in my mind. He called me back after speaking with the doctor and basically, the doctor has no idea what it is exactly. He named a bunch of things it could be, some of them bad news, and others not so bad, or he said it could be nothing at all. He is concerned enough to get a CT-scan, but he assured us that it could be nothing. Tomorrow is the scan. They're wanting to try doing it without putting him to sleep (the thought of putting him to sleep really makes me nervous), if that doesn't work, then we'll have to go in again. Anyway, it's moments like these when you realize just how much your heart is capable of loving another, and we stop and remember just how blessed we are to have the opportunity to have families. Please pray for my little boy. I will update this post as soon as we know what is going on. I pray it's nothing.

On a lighter note... I just finished the fourth book. I liked it. I actually didn't find anything offensive in it. It ended the way I had wanted it to end, and so it's all good. I know that most people didn't agree with me in the first place, but, I think most will agree now--that it had a good ending. Thanks Cambi for letting me borrow it!

Oh Ralae, that is so terrifying! I hate those unknown "probably nothing but you still worry like crazy" things. Please update soon! You're in my prayers!
