We had a fun weekend last week. My sisters, my mom, and I went to Thatcher (Eastern Arizona) to visit my cousins. We had never been to their house before, and it was quite the experience... they practically live on a farm. Jen, you would have felt right at home! Joshua had so much fun seeing the animals, holding the chicks, looking for eggs, seeing the tractor, and sitting on the cow (until it slimed him). We also got to go to the fair--Joshua was a little intimidated by the turkey... it looked like it's going to make a great Thanksgiving meal!!! Thanks, Andy and Michelle! You have a beautiful home.
Also, does anyone have any ideas on ways to entertain a toddler when it's too hot to go outside??? Lindsay and I decided to do an art project involving paint. We learned two things... Bekah is a little tactile defensive, and Joshua likes to eat it (did I already post this???). Anyway, they got to take their first bath together (yeah, I know, that will be embarrassing later), and my tub looked like a crime scene.

Ralae, I love Joshua's Shoes!!!! They are so cute. They remind me of Jon Mark I think that he is starting to look a little more like Jon Mark. And Rebecca Lynn cracks me up. That picture of her in the bath tub is pretty funny.
Very cute post:) Joshua is getting so big!
Oh, and I was gonna mention that if the 1st 3 Twilight books bothered you, I definitely wouldn't recommend that you read the 4th! Its way more "intense" if you will.
Looks like fun!
I have never had to keep our kids inside because it is too hot- but definitely because it gets too cold. Read a lot of books- have fun playing together- eat yummy snacks. Last winter was a long and cold one here. It's hard to stay inside when kids love to be outdoors!
