So, I know these pictures are a little grainy, but they will have to do for now. I recently dyed my hair myself, well, actually Jessica did. She did a good job, but my hair didn't hold the dye hardly at all (even though it was supposed to be permanent). So, Jon Mark surprised me by sending me to the salon to get a professional cut and color. I had felt like I had gotten into a "mom rut" as I call it. My hair had pretty much been neglected for the past couple of years, and it nearly always ends up in a pony tail. I feel like a new woman after spending two and a half hours having girl talk at the salon and getting myself all sorts of beautified. It's amazing what a cut and color will do for your spirits!
It still has the length that it has always had, but it is layered and I decided to get some bangs. Anyway, what do you think?

What a wonderful husband! I love the outcome. I totally understand the "rut"!
I can't wait to try making some of those roses for the girls hair. They look easy enough, so here's hoping!
It was sure fun seeing you guys. Now it's your turn to come here again! :)
Looks great Ralae! Going to the Hair Salon (the few times a manage to find the time to go) is a real therapy for me...

So fun to go red! I actually liked how it look both before and after the professional job. You can pull both he light and dark red off well.
Ralae you look amazing! Almost as amazing as me.
I love the color and cut. It looks great!
I love it! What a fun pampered time! That color and style is gorgeous on you.
I totally know what you mean about the mom rut -- this year I had a milestone birthday and became a mom of two -- for some reason that combination sent me running for the salon needing the first highlight job of my life. It IS amazing what that does for a mom's spirits!
