Random updates:
Joshua is enjoying spending some time each day on preschool stuff, like writing his name, puzzles, and workbooks. I didn't want to toss this art project without taking a picture of how he wrote his name so well.
I am the BEST sister inlaw in the world, just in case someone else thought they were. :) Seriously, though, I am. I made this cake for Nick because his parents were out of town and his girlfriend was working. A 33 year old needs a cake. Happy birthday, Nick. I hope year 33 proves to be a good one.
I got bored one day and did a couple of paintings. I like painting people backward because I'm not very good. I've never made a face and had it look anything short of alien. So, painting backward is a way of cheating, I guess. It's a picture of my neice Bekah, but Mercedes thinks it looks like her, so I tell her it is her.
This is a picture of Mercedes painting alongside of me. She likes painting with me, and I like spending time with her. Sometimes, she spends more time painting herself (I wish I had a picture of that).
