And, I suppose I could post about how potty-training Joshua is going... but why depress myself on such a lovely day?!
I thought about posting my Christmas wishlist for my husband to view... but he never reads my blog, so I'll have to think of some other clever way of displaying it where he may see it :).
So, instead, I decided to post these adorable pictures of my little darling Mercedes. Lindsay is getting good with her new camera, and I benefit because she takes pictures of my kids and then she photoshops them for me. She took these pictures of Mercedes when we were letting the kids have some outside time. At the time, she was frustrated because she didn't think she was getting any cute shots, photographing a baby is tough work! But, I LOVE all three of these. Joshua thinks it's funny when she "blows" bubbles. And, I think it's funny when Joshua thinks it's so funny. His laugh is contagious.
He's quite the talker these days. He's always asking me what this or that does. He loves his books and he loves anything that has to do with transportation. He loves that his Aunt Jessica is coming to see him on an airplane and that his Aunt Michelle already came on an airplane a few weeks ago to see him. So, when he sees an airplane he automatically thinks they're on it. He is such a good little singer, too. The ringtone on my phone is of him singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. He knows so many songs and can pick up a tune really quickly. It got me in trouble the other day with my dad because Joshua was singing the song, "I want money, lots and lots of money!... so don't be telling me why, I wanna be rich!" My dad was concerned about the kind of music I was letting him listen to. I had to assure him that he learned it because I was singing the chorus while doing a dance I had learned a decade and a half ago. He likes to pretend like he's "Rufuss" that's his name when he pretends to be a doggy. He has discovered that his mommy shrieks out loud when he pulls out his boogers and tries to put them on me. So, being the boy he is, he does that quite often. At least he isn't eating them! He loves jumping on the bed when Mercedes and I are laying on it because this makes Mercedes laugh so hard. He loves to snuggle with his sister, and he's a good big brother that shares his toys with his sister and wants to help bathe her (poor little darling, I'll try not to let him pour water on your face next time he wants to help wash the soap off of you! You did take it in stride and didn't even cry--but the look of surprise on your face was classic!). Anyway, here are the most recent pictures of my little girl! Enjoy!

Thanks Ralae, you are too kind. I am glad you finally updated your blog. Even though I know everything that is going on in your life.
What's going on in your life? Ralae I loved that post. I love hearing stories about them, you are such a witty writer. My favorite was your comment to Cedes about the next bath. HAHA your so funny. I'm excited to see you in less than a week. YEAH for Jessica in ARIZONA. It snowed in Utah on Saturday. It was depressing. But at the same time I'm really glad that I live closer to work. The commute wasn't as bad as I remember
Those pictures are adorable!!
