I spent a good deal of time messing around with my new camera while the boys were playing football. Joshua thought he was playing too. He looked so cute running after the ball. If anyone knows Joshua, they know that he wears his emotions on his sleeve. There's no guessing if he doesn't like something, or if he's amused. His face, and voice, always give it away. In these pictures, Joshua is pouting because he thought he was playing with the big boys and he didn't like how they took the ball away from him. Perhaps this is the first time he has felt offended! It shows in his fat lower lip as he sticks it out as far as he can.

"Hmmmm, that expensive camera looks like a fun toy. Maybe if I bat my eyes a little and give mom my famous puppy dog face, she'll let me play with it." Sorry, not a chance.

Here, Joshua got a little tired of chasing after the ball and decided to take a short (very short) break.

Back in the action, here is football's youngest waterboy!

All in all, it was a good day. Joshua even got a lesson in good sportsmanship as he shook hands with an opposing team member (aka Uncle Jaron).

Those are so cute!!!! I love them. I am going to have to get pictures from you. I didn't take one picture to remember this christmas by. He is the funniest little guy. Keep them coming. Maybe you should hang a picture of me in Joshua room. Then next time I come he might like me.
I love those pictures. How fun that you have a new camera. You do such a good job with your photography. Joshua is just the cutest little thing. We need to get our kiddos together.
I love those pictures of Joshua. He definitely is good with a camera in front of him. You take so many pictures, no wonder he is a pro.
