Halloween

I started a fun Halloween tradition while we were in Ohio.  I decided that every year, on the night of Halloween, we would have a spooky dinner.  We wanted to continue the tradition here in Arizona and invited our family to join us.  I think I got a picture of everyone who came.  I loved seeing all of my nieces and nephews decked out in their costumes.  It was a really fun night trick-or-treating with our extended family. 

For the dinner, we had:
Witches Brew
Puke Soup
Monster Head Meatloaf
Spaghetti with eyeballs
Caramel Apples
Jack-o-Lantern Pizza
Mummy Fingers
Bones (rolls shaped like bones)
And maybe something else that I am forgetting...

I don't think Jaron dressed up as anything either.

Sawyer is a knight.  But, he kind of looked like Thor.

Bear made the cutest fireman ever.

Brian didn't dress up either.

Mercedes was quite taken by baby Elephant's (I mean, Evelyn's) Cinderella onesie.

Ben is an airplane pilot, haha.

Michelle was the dragon that Sawyer slayed.

Grandma and Papa Haws didn't dress up. 

 

Maybe next year I need to make costumes mandatory!!
