We recently had the opportunity to take our kids through the Gilbert Temple open house. I am so grateful that we had this experience with them. I felt so close to the spirit as I walked through with my family and explained certain things to my children.
I never thought that we'd have a temple in Gilbert. I don't know why, it just never crossed my mind. It's exciting!
My handsome husband and three of my children posed for this picture and it is so sweet. Hannah stayed home with my parents, which is just as well. We waited in line forever.
The kids resolved with greater clarity that they would certainly like to be married in the temple someday. Joshua was impressed by the chandelier in the celestial room, Luke liked that as well, and Mercedes loved the room with the "HUGE indoor, swimming pool that was shaped like a circle".
