I Can't Open My Eyes

The other day, Jon Mark found Mercedes in her bed rubbing her eyes. She kept repeating, "I can't open my eyes." He went closer to her and found that her face was literally swollen like a red balloon. She had had an allergice reaction to some sunscreen and she was SO SWOLLEN. We didn't think to take a picture at the time... seeing how running to the ER was higher up on the priority list, but we did take some pictures a few hours after she had been given a steroid and some benedryl. Her face and arms were so swollen she was unrecognizable. She couldn't open her eyes, and I am pretty sure that it affected her hearing too, because she complained about not being able to hear very well.
